Enthusiasm for learning ..

The pupils and teachers make learning fun in the Pre-Prep. It seems that, no matter what curriculum area we're studying, we can count on the pupils to have some useful resources or interesting information to share on the subject.

In fact, whatever we're studying, if the pupils want to show something to the class, they put it on the 'sharing chair' and we make sure we have a good look at it and hear why it's of interest and importance to that child.

At Yarlet, there are no limits to learning. We like to think that we can 'raise the bar' in all areas of the curriculum and are not constrained by traditional or current trends in teaching.

We do what works! - for the children, for the parents and for the school. Although we use Government initiatives and recommendations as guidelines, we take the learning beyond what is prescribed and use all our facilities, skills and talents to make the learning real and relevant.
